Justin DeLay is director of digital at Reverb.com, the online marketplace for buying, selling, and learning about music gear. Justin leads Reverb SYNC, the marketplace’s destination for music software and plugins, as well as Reverb Lessons - the online marketplace that connects aspiring musicians with experienced music instructors for online and in-person lessons. Prior to joining Reverb.com, Justin co-founded several technology companies, including an IoT analytics platform and a mobile music distribution service for artists. Earlier, Justin worked as a designer, food marketer, and park ranger. Justin received a MSI in Social Computing and Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Business, Marketing, and Strategy at the University of Michigan. Justin produces and performs with his Chicago darkwave outfit Replicant.
