Mark Kruse is a professor of Physics at Duke University, wherehe holds the Fuchsberg-Levine Family chair. Prof. Kruse receivedhis B.Sc. and M.Sc. in physics from the University of Auckland,New Zealand, his Ph.D. in physics from Purdue University, andhas been on the faculty at Duke University since 2001.Prof. Kruse’s research is in the area of High-Energy ParticlePhysics with a primary focus on the analysis of data collectedby the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider(LHC) atCERN in Switzerland.
