Phi Pham is executive director and co-founder of Building Beats, a non-profit organization that develops and expands DJ and music programs that teach entrepreneurial, leadership, and life skills. He has 15 years of experience as a DJ and music producer. Building Beats has worked with over 1000 youth in New York City and has partnered with Carnegie Hall, Pandora, Soundcloud, Serato, and Scratch DJ Academy to provide innovative digital music workshops for students. In his spare time, Phi spends time DJ’ing and working on music projects throughout the world.
