Synthesis & Spirit: Amplifying Existence FULL

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Participants will sample audio and learn more about the deliberate sonic processing that goes into creating culturally powerful music. We will explore deliberate sonic actions that are employed to connect to a larger human framework by taking and making more space–especially space for those traditionally marginalized in society. Through recordings, we will examine the sonic possibility to surpass tradition using convergence, and in turn, create room for more resonant living existences through sound.

** If you successfully register for this workshop, it will be confirmed in your personalized schedule. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. Those not in attendance 5 minutes before the session begins will forfeit their spot to those in line.

** If you were unable to successfully register for this workshop but were added to the waitlist and want to attend, it may still be possible if a space becomes available on the day of the session. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and wait in the standby line. Open spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis to those in line.

** By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that Moogfest may share your email address with the instructor for the purpose of planning and coordinating this event.
