Freestyling for Kids

In this workshop, kids will get a quick overview of hip hop culture while developing their MC skills. Participants will explore various techniques for on stage performance, improvisation, and character development that will ultimately make them stronger freestylers and performing artists.

Participants are asked to bring a notepad and something to write with.

** This workshop is free and open to the public as part of Moogfest’s The Joyful Noise of STEAM program, and is appropriate for children ages XX and up. A festival ticket is not required to attend. 
** This workshop is limited in capacity and offered on a first come first served basis. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. 
** Entrance is not guaranteed.
