Moogfest 2017

Come explore creative confidence, rapid prototyping and future narrative through the making speculative sound machines. In this 90 min session we will be using a future narrative as a prompt, connecting through an open distributed web protocol and building lo-fi rapid prototypes of musical modules that will join together and grow over the course of the festival.
We will learn how looking at patterns and asking questions of the future can help us understand nuance in larger systems. We will experience the power and immediacy of a distributed web protocol, and we will build unique speculative sound machines to talk to the future.

The session is appropriate for ages. No prerequisite skills besides a can-do attitude.
