This workshop will focus on the use of laser projectors for generating abstract visuals using Maxwell, a Laser Synthesizer / Lissajous curve generator application developed by Johnny Turpin. The workshop will include discussions on the challenges and limitations of laser output, different approaches for abstract generation, and several hands-on workstations where participants will be able to twiddle some knobs and enjoy the immediate results of beautiful geometric images drawn by lasers.

** If you successfully register for this workshop, it will be confirmed in your personalized schedule. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. Those not in attendance 5 minutes before the session begins will forfeit their spot to those in line.

** If you were unable to successfully register for this workshop but were added to the waitlist and want to attend, it may still be possible if a space becomes available on the day of the session. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and wait in the standby line. Open spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis to those in line.
