AI Jam Session and NSynth Demo

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Come play with the newest musical technologies developed by the Google Brain team as part of the Magenta project. Demonstrations include an interactive "AI Jam Session" where you can play along with neural networks for generating melodies, accompaniments, and drum loops. You can also try our "neural synthesizer" (NSynth), which allows you to explore the high dimensional sonic landscape of musical instruments–both real and "imagined"–using neural networks to generate the notes. Ever wanted to know what a cross between an electric bass and a flute might sound like? Now's your chance to find out! (No musical or technical experience necessary)

** This workshop is free and open to the public as part of Moogfest’s The Joyful Noise of STEAM program. A festival ticket is not required to attend.
